Upstairs, Persie House offers 11 individually styled bedrooms sleeping up to 24 guests, with a mix of double, twin and family-friendly rooms, all featuring comfortable hotel-grade pocket sprung mattresses. The spacious bedrooms retain the house’s classic Edwardian charm, with high ceilings, large windows and beautiful views across the estate.
Set within 1,500 acres of Highland Perthshire countryside, guests can explore mature woodland walks, enjoy the private tennis court, fish for salmon on the Blackwater River or take in the peaceful beauty of the nearby Persie lochs.
Persie House is supported by resident house managers, Stephen and Carol, who provide light-touch housekeeping throughout your stay, including replenishing log baskets and laying fires daily. The house is self-catered but a range of catering options, from prepared meals to fully catered stays, can be arranged on request, with supermarket deliveries also available. Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, with kennels beside the house and space for up to two dogs in the boot room.
